How long does my order take to ship?

Some pieces are made to order and as they are hand woven please allow 1-2 weeks of weaving time. If you have any enquiries about how long it will take to ship then email me at mercuryvisions.shop@gmail.com or DM me on instagram @mercury_visions. The express delivery option will put you at the front of the waitlist of pieces I’m working on.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I do offer international shipping but this is something that must be organised via email or DM. Prices differ depending on where you are.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
